Refund Policy


1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 1 hours of the completed service. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a complimentary re-clean or other corrective measures at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If we fail to provide the scheduled service due to our error (e.g., no-show or cancellation by our team without prior notice), you are eligible for a slot refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If, after attempting to resolve your concerns with a re-clean or additional service, you remain unsatisfied, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellations by the customer with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • Services impacted by customer-provided conditions (e.g., inaccessible vehicle, unsafe working conditions, or incorrect booking details).
  • Changes in customer expectations after the service is completed (e.g., requesting additional services not included in the original booking).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 1 hours of the service at CLIENZ
  2. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 12 hours. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-4 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

  • By Customer: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances.
  • By CLIENZ: If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
